2010 Chap Soccer Camp Details
OVERNIGHT CAMP SCHEDULE: (Boys only)
Schedule to come later.
Goalkeeper Program: The LCU Goalkeeper training program runs concurrently with Advance Camp and College Prep Camp. Goalkeeping instruction will be provided by LCU’s Men's Goalkeeper Coach Dr. Dean Culpepper and his staff. The morning sessions will consist of detailed training in modern goalkeeping techniques. Such topics include catching, diving, breakaways, crosses and footwork. The afternoon sessions will focus on the fundamental tactics of goalkeeping such as positioning, distribution and communication. In the evening, the goalkeepers will join the field players to compete in tournament games where they will be allowed to demonstrate what they have learned. At the end of the week, each goalkeeper will be given a goalkeeper evaluation that will provide feedback on how they can improve.
Meals (Overnight Campers ages 15-18):
All meals will be provided by LCU which will meet our campers' basic nutrition needs. LCU will provide meals necessary to fuel our campers for a week of successful training. Meals are all-you-can-eat to ensure that every player's needs are met. Campers will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Lodging (Overnight Campers ages 15-18):
